How can I buy tickets?

Buy TICKETS online. Tours do sell out and we encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance. Prices subject to change

What is the start and end location?

Tours start/end at our office located in Suite D of The American Hotel Downtown, 160 Ted Turner Drive, Atlanta GA 30303. The office is located next to Circle K.

How early should I arrive for the tour?

Check-in begins 20 minutes before the scheduled departure tour time.

Is parking provided?

Hourly and daily pay parking lots can be found on several blocks surrounding The American Hotel. Metered street parking is also available using debit/credit cards and coins.

How long is the tour?

Tour length depends on the specific tour.  Tours will range from 90 minutes up to 5 hours.

Do you offer hotel pick-ups? 

Hotel pick-ups are only offered for the Electric Car Tour.  Hotel pick-ups are an additional $5 per person. Pick-ups are available from the following downtown hotels: Marriott Marquis, Hyatt Regency, Omni Hotel, Hilton Downtown, Ellis Hotel, and the Sheraton Downtown, Embassy Suites.

If you are interested in a hotel pick-up, please be sure to add the appropriate number of Hotel Pickup Extras to your order and select your pick-up location when purchasing your tickets. Guests requesting a pick up should arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of their tour time at the hotel valet stand.

Can I reschedule?

All sales are final. Guests may not join the tour after the Ecar departs.  If a guest misses their respective tour, we may place you on a waitlist for the next upcoming tour.  Should there be availability, your reservation will be transferred.

Does the tour stop for pictures?

Yes, there are multiple opportunities throughout the tour for pictures.

Is there wheelchair access?

The E-car does not have wheelchair accessibility.  The cars sit low and most guests are able to transfer over to the car without issue.

Is it kid friendly?

Yes, we have something that all guests can enjoy.  All passengers must be 8 years or older. Infants, car seats, and booster seats are not allowed.

Is their a restroom break?

There is one stop during this tour.  If the facility is open, guests are able to use the bathroom.

Is tipping allowed?

Tour guides appreciate tips for a job well done.

What languages are offered?

Tours are in English.

Is recording allowed?

Audio and video recording are not permitted without express written consent.

What is the cancellation policy?

Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancellation notice is provided 24 hours prior to their tour date and time.  Additionally, Tours may be canceled by the operator for any reason, including weather or safety.  In these circumstances, a full refund will be provided. Missed tours are deemed non-refundable.

Are groups allowed?

Groups are allowed on public tours.  Please book entire parties during the purchase process to ensure that there is sufficient availability.  For private tour inquiries, please visit the GROUPS page to learn more.

Can we bring drinks?

Alcohol, food and drinks are not allowed in the car.

Does the car operate in the rain?

Yes. Tours operate rain or shine.

We do not provide complimentary parking.  Hourly and daily pay parking lots can be found on several blocks surrounding The American Hotel. Metered street parking is also available using debit/credit cards and coins.

How do I arrive on public transit?

The Peachtree Center MARTA Station is one block away from the office.

What is the length of the tour?

Depending upon the specific tour, Segway tours can range from 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours.

Can I reschedule?

All sales are final.  Guests may reschedule their tour if requested 24 hours in advance of the confirmed tour time. If a guest misses their respective tour, we may place you on a waitlist for the next upcoming tour.  Should there be availability, your reservation will be transferred.

Guests may not join the tour if they are not present for the training video.

Is Segway training included?

Each tour begins with a 30 minute training session. All riders must participate in order to take the tour, regardless of previous experience.

Is the tour kid friendly?

Yes, all of our tours have something for All ages.

All riders must be at least 14 years of age AND all riders under 17 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in a tour.

Is there a restroom break?

There is one stop for a restroom break.

Is tipping allowed?

Tour guides appreciate tips for a job well done.

Non-alcoholic beverages in a bottle or sealed container are allowed on the tour.

Does the Segway tour operate in the rain?

Yes. Tours operate in the rain. However, in the case of inclement weather that may be a hazard to our riders, we will not run.

What should I wear?

We highly encourage comfortable, enclosed, flat bottom shoes. We do not recommend shoes with heels. Helmets are required and provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their own.

What happens if I arrive late, after Segway tour training has started?

IMPORTANT: Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled tour time to check in and start your tour and training on time. If you arrive late, we will NOT let you join a tour group that has already started training and your money will not be refunded or your tour rescheduled. Safety and complete training for all of our guests, regardless of previous riding experience, is our first priority. No exceptions allowed!
